Google is reportedly developing a new, affordable subscription plan called Google AI Lite, aimed at users seeking more AI features than the free version of Gemini but at a lower price than the existing Google AI Pro and Ultra plans. Evidence of this plan emerged from an Android APK teardown, which revealed references to a “lite” version linked to Gemini’s codename, “robin.” The Google AI Pro plan currently offers a one-month free trial, followed by a monthly fee of Rs. 1,950, while the premium Ultra plan starts at Rs. 12,200. The anticipated Google AI Lite plan is expected to be priced below Rs. 1,950, providing enhanced features akin to the Pro plan but at a more accessible cost.
