Google Gemini stands out as one of the premier AI tools, rivaling chatbots like ChatGPT and Anthropic’s Claude. Notably, its Canvas feature has shifted to mobile, currently accessible on Android but with limited capabilities. Recently, advancements in the Google Gemini beta (version 16.31.75.sa.arm64) have unlocked interactive Canvas features that were previously exclusive to the web. A new Create button (+ icon) now appears, offering options like Web page, Infographic, Quiz, and Audio Overview, enhancing user engagement. Although some features take time to load, their integration into the app provides a streamlined experience. While Gemini Canvas remains free in both web and mobile versions, a Google AI Pro/Ultra subscription is required for seamless access. Released in March, Canvas aims to assist users in improving drafts and creating interactive content, yet not all features are currently available. Further updates are anticipated soon for full functionality in mobile apps.
