Google has officially launched Workspace Studio, a new automation tool designed to enhance productivity. Previously referred to as Workspace Flows, this tool allows users to “design, manage, and share AI agents” leveraging Gemini 3’s advanced multimodal capabilities. Workspace Studio employs an intuitive “if this, then that” automation model, seamlessly integrating with popular Google apps like Gmail and Chat, as well as third-party tools like Asana and Salesforce.
The platform enables users to create automation agents in minutes without needing coding skills. Key features include sentiment analysis, content generation, and smart notifications, revolutionizing traditional rule-based automation. Users can set triggers, specify tasks, and utilize dynamic placeholders for efficient workflows.
As part of Google’s strategy to democratize automation, Workspace Studio aims to empower every employee to customize agents to streamline unique business processes. The tool is now available for various Google Workspace plans, including Business and Education editions.
