Google Photos is set to launch new AI video editing tools for Android users by June 2025, with an iOS rollout expected later in the year, coinciding with the service’s 10th anniversary. Auto Frame improves composition by auto-cropping based on recognized focus points. Additionally, AI Enhance optimizes brightness and contrast with one tap. For video editing, the new AI tools help stabilize shaky footage, suggest clip trims, and adjust lighting, providing a quick and straightforward enhancement experience without complex features. A new QR code sharing option has also been introduced to simplify album sharing. Overall, the update aims to make photo and video editing accessible and effortless for all users.
