By analyzing text, Gemini automatically identifies meeting duration and timing preferences, allowing users to effortlessly insert recommendations into emails. Once a recipient selects a time, Google Calendar automatically books the meeting, eliminating back-and-forth scheduling. Currently supporting one-on-one meetings, Google plans to enhance this feature for group scheduling in the future.
