HTC Vive Unveils Eagle AI Smart Glasses Featuring Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT Integration

HTC has launched its first AI wearable, the HTC Vive Eagle, marking its entry into the smart glasses market. These innovative, display-less glasses feature a sleek Wayfarer design and powerful AI capabilities, making them ideal for everyday use and productivity. Users can control the Vive Eagle via voice commands to listen to music, take photos, and utilize photo-based translations. The glasses, powered by a Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset, come with a 12MP camera and support both Google’s Gemini and OpenAI’s GPT, with beta integration of GPT available.

Priced at NT$15,600 (around Rs 45,500), the Vive Eagle is currently exclusive to Taiwan. With an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, it features Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. The battery offers up to 36 hours of standby and quick charging capabilities. Available in four colors, the Vive Eagle merges style with advanced AI technology, making it a compelling addition to the wearable tech market.
