IIT Bombay Introduces Certificate Program in Supply Chain Analytics Utilizing AI and ML Applications

IIT Bombay is set to launch a six-month certificate program in Supply Chain Analytics with AI and Machine Learning Applications in October 2025. Designed for working professionals, this online course, offered by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, focuses on critical aspects of supply chain management. The curriculum includes five integrated modules: data-driven analytics, demand forecasting, inventory models, network design, and transportation risk analysis. Participants will engage in scenario-based learning using AI-powered tools to enhance accuracy in forecasting and optimize supply chains. With the increasing significance of AI and ML in navigating global challenges, this program aims to equip supply chain managers, consultants, and data analysts with essential skills. Eligibility requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
