India has achieved a remarkable milestone by ranking third in Stanford University’s 2025 Global AI Vibrancy Index, which evaluates countries across seven critical pillars including research and development, talent, and infrastructure. This advancement from seventh place in 2023 demonstrates India’s commitment to enhancing its position in the global AI landscape, surpassing the UK and key Asian nations like South Korea, Singapore, and Japan. With a score of 21.59, India follows only the US and China in AI progress.
