Previously exclusive to the Meta AI chatbot, these features can now be accessed seamlessly within the Instagram Stories edit menu. By tapping the paintbrush icon, users can customize their content by adding, removing, or changing visual elements, such as hair color or backgrounds, via simple text commands.
This innovative update also includes preset effects for easy style changes, allowing users to enhance their Stories with seasonal themes and fun accessories. However, users must acknowledge Meta’s AI Terms of Service, which involves granting permission for media analysis and modifications.
This rollout follows a significant surge in daily active users for Meta’s AI app, rising from 775,000 to 2.7 million, signaling Meta’s commitment to pioneering AI integration in social media and enhancing user creativity.
