This personal assistant feature is available to subscribers of OpenAI’s Pro, Plus, and Team plans, allowing users to activate “agent mode” via the dropdown menu. ChatGPT Agent can handle tasks like planning family breakfasts, creating business presentations, and checking schedules for client meetings. Pro users receive a limit of 400 queries monthly, while Team/Plus users have 40. Upcoming access for Enterprise and Education users is expected soon. Powered by a reinforcement learning model, it integrates features from OpenAI’s Operator and Deep Research products. A demo showcased potential uses, such as planning romantic evenings through Google Calendar and OpenTable.
