Introducing Imagen 4: Now Accessible via the Gemini API and Google AI Studio!

Google has introduced Imagen 4, its most advanced text-to-image model, available through the Gemini API and for limited free testing in Google AI Studio. This model features two versions: Imagen 4, designed for general use and improved text rendering, and Imagen 4 Ultra, which produces images closely aligned with user prompts. Imagen 4 costs $0.04 per output image, while Imagen 4 Ultra is priced at $0.06. Both models exhibit enhanced quality compared to their predecessor, Imagen 3, and are showcased with various prompt examples. Each generated image will include a non-visible digital SynthID watermark for transparency. Additional billing tiers will be introduced soon, and users can request higher rate limits.
