Jack assists job seekers by analyzing LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and conducting introductory conversations. It then identifies job opportunities, offers coaching, and carries out mock interviews. Conversely, Jill aids companies by assessing job descriptions and sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, streamlining the early interview process. Founded by Matthew Wilson and Saaras Mehan, Jack & Jill addresses recruitment inefficiencies, boasting over 49,000 active job seekers and partnerships with firms like Airtable and Airwallex. The platform is free for candidates, charging companies a 10% fee on successful hires. As AI innovations surge, investors funneled $2.8 billion into agentic AI startups in early 2025. Jack & Jill aims to expand its presence in Europe and San Francisco with its new funding.
