Keynote speaker Jasper Grosskurth highlighted the importance of ethical data ecosystems, suggesting that Africa, particularly Kenya, has a unique opportunity to create inclusive frameworks. Discussions led by experts like Almut van Casteren and Emmanuel Makau focused on designing practical environments for AI and the importance of trust in data sharing.
