Keystone Unveils AI Software to Accelerate Application Processes

Keystone Property Finance has introduced advanced AI software to enhance the case application process for brokers. This in-house developed technology allows brokers to upload up to 50 documents to the broker portal, where the system automatically labels and categorizes them within seconds. Managing director Elise Coole emphasized that this AI solution demonstrates Keystone’s commitment to supporting brokers by streamlining the process, resulting in improved productivity and quicker, more successful outcomes for clients. The AI can quickly extract relevant data from various document formats, including PDF, Word, Excel, and JPEG, covering essential paperwork like identification, proof of income, tenancy agreements, and valuation reports. This software is accessible to all registered brokers, who can utilize it repeatedly for each case to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
