Khon Kaen University (KKU) is advancing its digital transformation strategy by equipping administrative staff with Generative AI skills, aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering lifelong learning. On February 20, 2026, Assoc. Prof. D.V.M. Dr. Chuchat Kamollert launched a workshop titled “AI for Modern Administrative Work,” attended by 78 participants. The session focused on integrating artificial intelligence into document processing and organizational management to optimize administrative tasks. Dr. Kamollert highlighted the necessity of AI in improving work accuracy and efficiency, stating it’s essential for contemporary organizational success. Led by digital technology expert Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanda Saikaew, the workshop covered three key areas: safe AI usage and “Prompt Engineering,” innovative documentation techniques, and management efficiency through automation. This initiative underscores the Academic Service Bureau’s commitment to enhancing personnel competencies and supporting Thailand’s workforce development through the strategic implementation of advanced technologies.
