In Liverpool, the integration of artificial intelligence in primary schools has significantly boosted student performance, according to Mayor Steve Rotheram. The pilot program, involving 4,000 pupils, reported improved grades over the last academic year, driven by the innovative software, Century AI, developed by Century Tech. This AI tool streamlines essential tasks like marking, lesson planning, and data collection, enabling educators to prioritize fostering meaningful relationships with their students. Century Tech has been refining its models since 2013, using comprehensive data from schools across the UK. The initiative has been successfully implemented in over 100 primary schools, benefiting more than 28,000 students and leveraging the skills of more than 1,300 teachers. This strategic use of technology not only enhances educational outcomes but also supports teachers in their professional roles, ultimately contributing to a more effective learning environment.
