Video call usage shows more volatility, with 18% using them less and 16% more frequently. Despite these trends, most communication habits have remained stable. Approximately 68% of respondents maintain consistent messaging, while 64% for voice calls, 40% for video calls, and 30% for voice notes share a similar sentiment. Notably, certain communication methods are less popular; 25% of participants find video calls irrelevant, and 44% feel the same about voice notes. Conversely, only 4% find voice calls and 1% messaging unapplicable. This data emphasizes the importance of understanding consumer preferences in communication mediums, demonstrating a clear need for businesses to adapt their engagement strategies according to these insights.
