Microsoft and OpenAI Navigating Tensions Over Access to Artificial General Intelligence: Ongoing Talks Spark Optimism

OpenAI and Microsoft are reportedly at odds over a contractual clause in their partnership regarding access to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Microsoft seeks to remove a provision that would limit its access to AGI once OpenAI achieves it, but OpenAI has declined.
