MLR Institute of Technology Hosts AICTE-ATAL Online Faculty Development Program on “AI in Education: Innovations and Trends in Teaching”

MLR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, recently hosted an AICTE-ATAL Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “AI in Education” from September 15 to 20. The event attracted 343 educators from 23 states, including significant participation from Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Distinguished experts from NITs and industry leaders delivered insights on integrating AI tools into teaching practices to prepare faculty for future educational trends. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, Founder Secretary of MLRIT, emphasized the necessity for educators to upgrade their skills in correlation with industry demands, highlighting AI’s transformative role in modernizing learning experiences. This program aims to empower teachers and students through advanced technological integration, underscoring the institution’s commitment to fostering next-generation learning environments. The FDP serves as a vital platform for instructors to stay current in educational methodologies, ensuring they are equipped to leverage AI effectively in their teaching strategies.
