One in three individuals have utilized AI tools like ChatGPT to guide their career choices, with nearly 20% discovering new career paths through these platforms. Over half (52%) are contemplating a career or job change, particularly Gen Z, followed by Millennials and Gen X; only 12% of baby boomers are considering a switch. Additionally, 43% of respondents use AI for crafting cover letters and CVs, while 19% seek high-demand and lucrative job roles. More than half (54%) are interested in furthering their education through degree or certificate programs, with 13% employing AI tools to evaluate the return on investment for various educational paths. This trend indicates a growing reliance on AI in shaping significant life choices, as it becomes integrated into the decision-making process across generations.
