The plaintiffs are pressing the court to compel Microsoft to produce Copilot logs in a searchable format by January 9 or as soon as a ruling is issued. Meanwhile, OpenAI is investigating whether recently deleted logs can be recovered, potentially unveiling millions of ChatGPT conversations. Additionally, the news plaintiffs seek a preservation order to prevent OpenAI from further data deletions while demanding transparency regarding the scope of deleted data.
