Rapidus is advancing its Rapid and Unified Manufacturing Service (RUMS) strategy with a rebranding of its technology platform to the Rapidus AI-Agentic Design Solution. Launching in 2026, this suite includes the Raads Generator and Raads Predictor tools. The Raads Generator, an electronic design automation (EDA) tool, utilizes large-scale language models (LLMs) to transform semiconductor specifications into optimized register-transfer level (RTL) data for the 2nm manufacturing process. Meanwhile, the Raads Predictor aids in RTL debugging, predicting power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics. Integration with existing EDA tools could reportedly cut design time by up to 50% and lower costs by around 30%. Additional tools like Raads Navigator, Raads Manager, and Raads Optimiser will follow throughout 2026. The company’s Innovative Integration for Manufacturing (IIM-1) facility has also begun single-wafer processing, enhancing production capabilities and leading to successful prototype wafer electrical characteristics as of July 2025.
