Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Indicates Shift Away from OpenAI Investments as Apple Reveals MacBook Neo

Apple (AAPL) recently launched its latest MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, featuring the powerful M5 Pro and M5 Max processors. The new MacBook Air starts at $1,099, reflecting a $100 increase from last year’s version, and now boasts 512GB of storage with the advanced M5 processor. Apple’s M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, utilizing Fusion Architecture, offer up to 18-core CPUs that enhance performance. The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 Pro showcases AI capabilities, achieving up to 6.9x faster prompt processing, while the M5 Max model excels in AI image generation, reaching speeds 8x faster than its predecessor. Base storage for the MacBook Pro has also increased to 1TB (M5 Pro) and 2TB (M5 Max). Pricing for the MacBook Pro starts at $1,699, with the M5 Pro at $2,199 and the M5 Max from $3,599. For premium models, the 16-inch version can reach $7,349.
