On August 11, 2025, NVIDIA launched an innovative suite of AI models and tools focused on enhancing robotics development for physical AI applications. The centerpiece, Cosmos Reason, features 7 billion parameters and enables robots to predict actions through memory and physics-based reasoning, supporting data curation, robotic planning, and video analysis.
NVIDIA’s comprehensive AI suite also includes Cosmos Transfer-2, which streamlines synthetic data generation from 3D simulations, and improved versions for optimized performance. Integrated into the Omniverse platform, these tools provide developers with a robust environment for building and testing AI agents in simulated settings.
Additionally, NVIDIA introduced new neural reconstruction libraries for simulating real-world 3D environments and enhanced the CARLA simulator. On the hardware side, the RTX Pro Blackwell Server and DGX Cloud cater to robotics workflows, offering a unified architecture and cloud management capabilities.
