At the UBS Global Technology and AI Conference, Nvidia’s CFO, Colette Kress, revealed the ongoing discussions regarding a significant partnership with OpenAI, though the definitive agreement for Nvidia’s $100 billion investment is still in progress. This collaboration aims to facilitate the construction of at least 10 gigawatts of AI data centers utilizing Nvidia’s systems, which include millions of GPUs. Kress emphasized Nvidia’s long-standing relationship with OpenAI, noting an anticipated revenue opportunity of $500 billion by the end of 2026 associated with advanced chips. Furthermore, she projected an impressive $3 trillion to $4 trillion in global AI investments by decade’s end, dismissing concerns of an impending AI investment bubble.
