Previously, staff had to navigate multiple tools to address customer-flagged coverage problems, but the new agent consolidates all necessary information, significantly improving response times—by up to 80%. GM Thaigan Govender emphasized that the agent enables engineers to receive clear answers in minutes, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction. When a query arises, the AI synthesizes performance data, alarms, and previous incidents, delivering a comprehensive summary and actionable insights.
