The OnePlus 13s has been launched in India as a compact flagship, joining the OnePlus 13 and 13R. Notably, it introduces a lock screen shortcut for Gemini, Google’s digital assistant, a feature absent even in Pixel devices. This shortcut allows direct access to Gemini, contrasting with the standard lock screen options on Pixels. The OnePlus 13s features a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage, with a 6.32-inch 120Hz FHD+ display. While it has a smaller battery (5,850mAh compared to 6,200mAh in the 13T) and a 32MP front camera, it retains a 50MP primary and 50MP telephoto camera setup. The phone runs Oxygen OS 15 and is priced at Rs. 54,999 (~$640) for the 256GB model. Although it won’t be sold in the U.S., it marks OnePlus’s return to manageable smartphone sizes.
