A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, filed by his sister Ann Altman, who accused him of childhood sexual abuse. US District Judge Zachary Bluestone deemed the claims “untimely” due to the long passage of time since the alleged incidents, which reportedly took place in Missouri during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
