Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) and Google Cloud (NASDAQ:GOOG) are enhancing their partnership to empower Oracle customers with advanced AI capabilities. By integrating Google’s Gemini 2.5 with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Generative AI service, Oracle users can now deploy AI agents for tasks like multimodal understanding, coding assistance, workflow automation, and deep research, using existing Oracle credits.
Looking ahead, Oracle plans to provide access to Google’s full suite of Gemini models via Vertex AI, which includes video, image, speech, and music generation, along with specialized AI like MedLM for healthcare. These powerful models could soon be incorporated into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, enabling finance, HR, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to enhance their workflows effortlessly. Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian emphasizes that this initiative aims to simplify AI deployment for Oracle customers, whether for empowering developers or automating routine tasks. This strategic collaboration highlights the commitment to streamline AI integration in business operations.
