Google’s Personal Intelligence is enhancing its capabilities across AI Mode in Search, Gemini app, and Gemini in Chrome for free-tier users. Launched in January, this feature allows users to access personalized results by connecting with Google services like Gmail and Google Photos. For instance, if users face tech issues, Personal Intelligence can retrieve purchase receipts from Gmail, providing tailored troubleshooting advice. This functionality is designed to improve user experience while ensuring that individuals maintain control over their data access. The rollout is currently underway in the US; however, it may not be immediately available to all users of the Gemini app. Notably, Personal Intelligence is not accessible to Workspace business, enterprise, or education users.
