Vice President of Design Dana Cho reiterated this focus on creating a joyful shopping experience, as technology streamlines purchasing processes while reinvigorating the fun of discovery. Additionally, a PYMNTS Intelligence report underscores the rapid adoption of generative AI in retail, with 54% of retailers leveraging it for analyzing transaction data to improve customer personalization. Pinterest aims to embed AI and large language models (LLMs) deeply within its services, aligning with user-centric needs.
