In its latest report, Prosus highlighted the importance of the application layer in AI, predicting significant value generation from AI-first startups. Recently, Prosus invested in two Indian firms: Arivihan, an AI-driven learning platform for students, and CodeKarma, a productivity tool for developers. Prosus’s annual investment in AI reached $88 million, underscoring India’s large online consumer base as a fertile ground for scalable AI solutions. The company also emphasizes the unique challenges and models emerging from India’s diverse market. Along with its ongoing interest in lifestyle and consumer sectors, Prosus is optimistic about agentic AI technologies.
