Rotten Tomatoes Unveils Its New Mobile App!

admin

Rotten Tomatoes has launched its first mobile app after 25 years, featuring an AI recommendation tool and custom “Tomojis” emoji. Available for free on iOS and soon on Android, the app includes movie and TV discovery pages, Tomatometer and Popcornmeter scores, reviews, celebrity interviews, trailers, and entertainment news. Users can rate films, leave reviews, and create watchlists. The app introduces “aRTi,” a beta AI assistant that helps users find where to stream or purchase content and offers personalized recommendations. Upcoming features will include tailored suggestions based on user interactions, video reactions, and enhanced reviewer profiles for active users. Amanda Norvell, SVP at Fandango, emphasized the app’s goal of enhancing how fans discover and interact with content. Additionally, Rotten Tomatoes’ “Verified Hot” feature rates films based on verified ticket purchases, with over 270 titles currently holding this rating.
