This move signals SECO’s commitment to becoming a comprehensive solution provider for companies developing connected devices. The Developer Centre serves as a centralized resource, offering engineers datasheets, software development kits, operating system images, and educational tutorials. It also includes lifecycle information such as product change notifications, aiding customers in creating long-lasting applications. The expanded Application Hub features diverse AI tools, including a chatbot based on Meta’s Llama model, smart building forecasting software, defect detection for printed circuit boards, and audio event classification. Each application comes with detailed technical documentation, streamlining deployment processes. Fausto Di Segni, SECO’s Head of IoT and AI, emphasizes the platform’s capability to empower clients in building custom AI/ML pipelines with ease. Turnkey deployment features for Clea are expected later this year.
