Station F, the renowned Paris-based startup campus, is launching F/ai, an accelerator programme designed for early-stage AI startups globally. Backed by industry leaders such as Microsoft, Meta, Google, and OpenAI, along with venture capital firms like Sequoia Capital and General Catalyst, F/ai aims to serve as a launchpad for European AI innovation. The programme will host two annual cohorts of 20 companies each, selected through partner recommendations rather than open applications. Inspired by Silicon Valley’s Y Combinator, F/ai emphasizes strategic go-to-market support to help startups achieve €1 million in revenue within six months. Offering mentorship, expertise, and networking opportunities, the programme culminates in a “deal day” for startups to secure partnerships. Notably, Station F does not take equity in participants, although candidates may qualify for the Future 40 list, recognizing top-performing startups. The first batch has already initiated, including 15 French and five international startups.
