This collaboration aims to develop advanced AI agent services using SK Telecom’s AI expertise, particularly its Agentic Workflow technology. This framework enhances AI performance by enabling agents to set goals and execute tasks based on user activity history. SK Telecom plans to integrate features like proactive recommendations and personalized management within TimeTree’s app. They will invest JPY 2.2 billion to leverage TimeTree’s extensive data assets and global reach, positioning themselves in the competitive AI market. This partnership not only marks the first international application of SK Telecom’s technology but also signifies a shift in the AI landscape towards schedule-centered solutions. As noted by both company CEOs, this alliance aims to broaden their AI ecosystem across Korea, Japan, and beyond, ultimately enhancing user experiences through tailored recommendations and improved scheduling.
