Training programs are essential for workforce readiness, ensuring staff possess adequate AI skills. Additionally, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms should be integrated into AI implementations to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks. Decision-makers face a unique opportunity to redefine AI in governance, transitioning from pilot projects to comprehensive systems that address the evolving challenges of technology. Embracing this shift is critical for future success in enhancing public services.
