Sunfull Chair’s AI Platform Honored at App Award Korea

Min Byoung-chul, Founder and Chair of the Sunfull Foundation, recently received the Grand Prize in AI Innovation and Social Contribution at the 18th App Award Korea 2025 for his creation, ChatKind—a “compliment-reward AI platform.” Launched in September, ChatKind evaluates positive language shared in workplaces and schools, assigning a kindness score that translates into real-life rewards like vouchers and paid leave. Emphasizing the slogan, “Post Kind Comments and Get Rewards,” the platform promotes a culture of positivity and altruism, benefiting organizations like the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Min, also an endowed chair professor at Chung-Ang University, has dedicated 18 years to the Sunfull Movement, aimed at fostering kindness in online spaces. Expressing gratitude for the recognition, he hopes to leverage technology to connect people and enhance their lives. ChatKind exemplifies how digital platforms can encourage positive interpersonal interactions and social well-being.
