Conducted in Q3 2025 with 527 participants, the survey highlighted that 55.8% use AI daily, showcasing its role in crafting tailored CVs, personalized cover letters, employer research, and interview preparation. Notably, Generation Z leads in AI adoption, with 63% using these tools daily, followed by Millennials (56%) and Generation X (54%). Fewer than 3% of respondents from any generation completely avoid AI, indicating widespread acceptance. The findings underscore the necessity of digital proficiency and AI fluency in today’s job market, as automation reshapes traditional hiring processes.
