TCS and CEB Collaborate to Transform Bank Reconciliation Using AI Technology

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) to modernize its reconciliation processes through the implementation of TCS BaNCS™. This collaboration aims to enhance operational efficiency by automating the bank’s reconciliation workflow with AI and intelligent automation, covering transaction matching, exception handling, investigations, and reporting. The platform promises improved transparency, reduced manual workload, and real-time insights, facilitating seamless integration with core banking systems. CEB, headquartered in Paris, focuses on financing social development across 43 European nations, necessitating a robust system to manage its complex transactions. The deployment of TCS BaNCS aligns with CEB’s Strategic Framework 2023–2027, aimed at boosting economic growth and social development.
