This decision marks a transition from CitrusAd, which had previously managed Coles’ retail media network, Coles 360, after its acquisition by Epsilon, a division of Publicis, in 2021. Epsilon confirmed ongoing collaboration with Coles. Topsort, a tech-focused adtech firm established in 2021, aims to revolutionize retail media by leveraging advanced AI tools. According to CEO Regina Ye, this approach enables retailers to scale their advertising operations more rapidly and efficiently than competitors. This partnership positions Coles to enhance its advertising strategy and better serve its customers through innovative retail media solutions, making significant strides in the competitive Australian retail landscape.
