UAPB Librarian Showcases AI Innovations at National STEM Librarians Conference

Shenise McGhee, Librarian at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), was a key panelist at the 2025 STEM Librarians South Conference in Arlington, Texas. Her presentation, titled “Smart Tools: AI-Powered Pathways to STEM Student Success,” focused on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in education, especially within STEM fields. McGhee discussed various AI tools, such as intelligent learning platforms and AI tutoring systems, that enhance learning experiences, provide individualized support, and promote equity in education.
