Vexoo Labs: The Majority of AI Tools Fall Short for India’s MSMEs

admin

At the Super AI conference in Singapore, Vexoo Labs criticized many AI tools as unreliable due to their tendency to “hallucinate,” making them unsuitable for India’s manufacturing MSMEs. Senior leader Ajay Kumar pointed out that while the AI industry is booming, many models lack factual accuracy, posing risks for small manufacturers making critical operational decisions. Vexoo Labs advocates for a trust-first, accuracy-focused AI framework specifically designed for Tier-II and Tier-III cities, where India’s industrial growth is concentrated. The company’s innovative approach addresses the core issues plaguing AI, aiming to provide reliable solutions that enhance decision-making in local manufacturing hubs such as Rajkot and Coimbatore. Co-Founder Aditya Vardhan emphasized the importance of deploying trustworthy AI in these regions, suggesting that India’s economic growth will significantly depend on accurate, actionable intelligence rather than large-scale, but flawed, AI models.
