Aldar, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has integrated an AI agent into their payment system, allowing customers to pay real estate service charges through voice commands. This innovation is part of a strategic collaboration with Visa, launching Visa Intelligent Commerce in the UAE. The first successful transaction occurred on the Live Aldar mobile app, where a customer utilized an Emirates NBD Darna Visa Card to make the payment. Soon, all UAE Visa cardholders will access this AI-powered feature on both the Live Aldar app and website. Aldar’s Chief Digital Officer, Harry Nakichbandi, highlighted that this technology transforms routine payments into a secure, customer-centric experience, enhancing engagement with personalized offers and automatic benefits via Aldar’s digital loyalty platform, Darna. Visa’s program enables AI agents to execute transactions on behalf of consumers, showcasing advancements in secure, automated payment solutions and customer convenience.
