For livestreaming, newly added AI-powered highlights automatically extract compelling moments to create shareable Shorts. The platform also unveiled advanced Shorts creation tools, including features that generate videos with sound and apply artistic styles. An “Edit with AI” feature aims to streamline the video creation process by generating drafts from raw footage. Lastly, YouTube Shopping now incorporates AI to automate product tagging, enhancing creator monetization. These enhancements are part of Alphabet’s 2024 vision to integrate AI across all its products, ensuring YouTube remains a leading platform for creators.
