Zoho Corp. has unveiled its proprietary large language model, Zia LLM, along with Zia Agent Studio and over 25 deployable Zia agents in the MENA region. This launch reinforces Zoho’s commitment to customer data protection while enhancing business capabilities. Zia LLM is tailored for enterprise applications, with three models (1.3B, 2.6B, and 7B parameters) optimized for contextual use cases. Notably, it supports integrations with existing LLMs like ChatGPT while ensuring data privacy by retaining customer data on Zoho servers.
Additionally, Zoho introduced Automatic Speech Recognition models for English and Hindi and plans for a reasoning language model. The Zia Agent Studio simplifies agent creation, enabling businesses to deploy AI efficiently. Pre-built agents, like Candidate Screener and Deal Analyser, are available in the Agent Marketplace.
