Zoho Notebook has launched a significant update featuring AI integration, enhancing note-taking and collaboration for teams, students, and professionals. The new AI agent, Zia, aligns with Zoho’s privacy-first approach, enabling users to ask questions, create smarter notes, and generate mind maps. The update emphasizes intelligent organization and accessibility through a free edition of the app.
Key features include a contextual Q&A assistant for precise information retrieval, AI-driven meeting summaries that transcribe discussions, and the ability to convert complex documents into mind maps. Users can also create formatted content using AI prompts and benefit from multilingual voice search across 80 languages, including major Indian languages.
While the Notebook Essential plan is free for individuals, the Business plan costs Rs. 333.25 per user per month, with Notebook AI included for Zoho One Premium subscribers and available free for students with a valid educational email. This robust update promises to streamline workflows and reduce data silos.
