The latest version introduces smart capabilities for effective information capture and organization. Key features include shared workspaces, integrated whiteboards, and seamless connectivity with other Zoho apps like CRM and Mail. Notebook AI enhances the user experience with tools like ‘Ask with My Content’ for instant queries, a Meeting Notes tool for transcription, and a Mind Map Generator for visual outlines. Additional offerings such as Smart Note Creation and Writing Enhancement improve content structure and grammar.
Furthermore, the app supports multilingual voice search and translation across 80 languages. Upcoming integrations with Zoho CRM and Voice will enable automatic transcriptions. Notebook AI is free for Zoho One users and available as an add-on, while the essential version remains free for students.
