The startup secured a $30 million Series A funding round led by Battery Ventures, raising a total of $40 million with investments from companies like Primary Ventures and angel backers from notable tech firms.
1mind’s core product, Mindy, is an AI agent designed specifically for managing inbound leads and enhancing enterprise sales processes by engaging with prospects actively interacting with a company. Unlike traditional outbound sales tools, Mindy replicates functions typically performed by sales engineers, ensuring accurate responses by utilizing deterministic AI.
Currently deployed in over 30 organizations, including major players like HubSpot and LinkedIn, Mindy supports communication and onboarding while maintaining operational reliability. 1mind aims to enhance Mindy’s capabilities and expand its integration into enterprise sales workflows, leveraging its advanced technology to transform inbound sales.
