Zoom has expanded its AI-powered Virtual Agent to Zoom Phone, enhancing call handling and improving the customer experience. This 24/7 AI receptionist can manage routine queries, schedule appointments, and direct calls, offering a personalized touch right from the first hello. The feature supports multiple languages and is adaptable to industries like healthcare and retail, ensuring consistent, efficient communication.

Additionally, Zoom has introduced the Zoom Hub, a centralized workspace integrating meeting recordings, documents, and AI tools to streamline productivity. The AI Companion now automates meeting scheduling, reducing conflicts and manual tasks while suggesting suitable times based on user calendars.

Enhancements to Zoom Team Chat include AI-driven message drafting and quick summaries, available on both mobile and desktop. These updates, including the integration of OpenAI’s GPT-5, aim to elevate collaboration and operational efficiency, available at no extra cost for paid Zoom Workplace users, with continued improvements across diverse markets.
